The information remains in our records as long as you remain at Chiquelle AB as an active "member". If we do not see any activity in your membership for 24 months, "membership" is deleted as well as your personal information. Buying details are, however, saved for a total of 36 months after the purchase date for any handling of reclamations.

You are entitled to request information about the personal information we have about you at any time. You can contact Chiquelle AB who will send you your personal information by email. You are entitled to request correction of your personal information if they are incorrect, including the right to supplement incomplete personal data.
You are entitled to delete any personal data processed by Chiquelle AB at any time except for in the following situations:
1. You have an ongoing case with Chiquelle's customer service (Chiquelle.com)
2. You have an ongoing Chiquelle order that has not yet been sent.
3. You have an unpaid debt at Chiquelle AB (regardless of payment method).
4. If you have made a purchase we will save your personal information connected with the transaction for accounting purposes.
