WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE PROCESS?
We will process the personal information you provide or submitted to us or that we collected at Chiquelle-swimwear.com through cookies. The personal data that Chiquelle AB handles is your name, e-mail address, purchase, payment history, order history, shipping address, IP address and phone number.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The data can be used for identification, marketing (through email & text messages) and statistical purposes. The information can also be used for e-mail and text messaging. You can contact Chiquelle AB at any time to terminate the marketing sent to you as a customer.
FOR HOW LONG IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION SAVED?
The information remains in our records as long as you remain at Chiquelle AB as an active "member". If we do not see any activity in your membership for 24 months, "membership" is deleted as well as your personal information. Buying details are, however, saved for a total of 36 months after the purchase date for any handling of reclamations.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RECORDS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Chiquelle "Chiquelle AB" is responsible for the personal data you sent to us and is responsible for your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
You are entitled to request information about the personal information we have about you at any time. You can contact Chiquelle AB who will send you your personal information by email. You are entitled to request correction of your personal information if they are incorrect, including the right to supplement incomplete personal data.
You are entitled to delete any personal data processed by Chiquelle AB at any time except for in the following situations:
1. You have an ongoing case with Chiquelle's customer service (Chiquelle.com)
2. You have an ongoing Chiquelle order that has not yet been sent.
3. You have an unpaid debt at Chiquelle AB (regardless of payment method).
4. If you have made a purchase we will save your personal information connected with the transaction for accounting purposes.
