TERMS OF DELIVERY

- Europe Shipping: 5.95 EUR (1-2 working days by DHL)

- International shipping: 9.95 EUR (1-3 working days by DHL)

All packages can be tracked by DHL.

We ship to all European countries and worldwide as well. Delivery time to European countries takes about 1-2 working days, while International delivery (to countries outside of Europe) takes 1-3 working days. When we refer to working days, we refer to Monday-Friday excluding public holidays. In some countries in cooperation with the postal services and their partners your order can be delivered on Saturday as well. Delivery to European countries costs 5.95 EUR and International Delivery costs 9.95 EUR. 

Chiquelle is liable if the goods are damaged or lost in transit. You will need to contact our customer service within 14 days. If the goods are lost or damaged when you return the product it is you who will be liable. Cancellation after the order has been placed and dispatched is not possible. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive/pick up the order. During times of high traffic, such as public holidays, there may be slightly longer delivery times. 

You will receive a confirmation email from us *customercare@chiquelle.com* when your order is processed. You will also receive a dispatch email when your order has left our warehouse. If you do not receive the dispatch email within 1-2 working days, please contact our customer service team. We are entitled to charge the Customer a fee of 15 EUR if the package is not retrieved. Click here to see which countries we ship to and specific delivery rates. 

If you live in a country which is part of the European Union you do not have to pay for taxes & duties. If you live outside of Europe (for example the States, Canada, Australia, Norway etc.), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. 

Chiquelle cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance (Outside of Europe).

TERMS OF PAYMENT

When ordering from www.chiquelle-swimwear.com, you agree to the prices listed and shown on our site. All prices shown on Chiquelle are including 25% VAT. Delivery and payment costs are not included and will be added when you reach the checkout during your purchase. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. Note, your account will not be charged until your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. 

Card payment will be managed by our payment partner DIBS (the leading payment service provider in Scandinavia and reviewed by Visa / Mastercard) for a easy, safe and reliable payment with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. There are no additional costs / charges when you use Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. Make sure the credit card information you have filled in is correct before you complete the purchase.
